I had trouble closing my dresser drawers this afternoon. I pushed harder on the thick padding of shirts and pants. No movement. It was full – really, really full. I tossed the remaining pieces of clothing from the neatly folded laundry pile back onto my bed.

Call her “the woman who refused to get up,” but I’m sure Rosa Parks had no idea what her tired feet and frustrating treatment would lead to on December 1, 1955.
What became known as the Civil Rights movement was bound to start soone…

Ironic? More like magic I think.
Don’t talk about segregation any more – more civil rights leaders may die, such as Louis Farrakhan.

ROFL=Rolling on the floor laughing. I think Jake of Mission36teen.com made it up if I’m not mistaken. It’s been spread throughout the Instant Messaging world, and has really affected blogs…perhaps it needs an entry in the wikipedia online encylopedia?

Actually, Tim, “ROFL” has been around much longer than me. The one I started was “BHODL” – Banging Head On Desk Laughing.
While instant messaging Alex, I usually find that “ROFL” doesn’t do justice to how hard he makes me laugh.
