I had trouble closing my dresser drawers this afternoon. I pushed harder on the thick padding of shirts and pants. No movement. It was full – really, really full. I tossed the remaining pieces of clothing from the neatly folded laundry pile back onto my bed.
Now I must interject, it’s not that this dresser [...]

That was one huge mess…… I didn’t start blogging till May of that year(I had to persuade my parents first). But I wished that I had one set up, just for that….

I don’t kow exactly how it got reported to the rest of the US, but I was in Fl the wole time, so it was almost 24/7 news on Terri.

The worst thing was, the people with the power to save her, didn’t act.

we need to be able to stand even when the media/ leftist organizations critisize us.

Another thing to consider about the Terri Schaivo case is what caused her to end up in that state in the first place. I don’t remember if it caused a stroke or a heart attack, but the cause was determined to be a severe chemical and enzyme imbalance in her body due to bulimia. Eating disorders are something that are tossed to the wayside so often in our cultures, and there is very little awareness about it out there. I have a friend who had to go to Remuda Ranch due to her bulimia, and I really wish that the Terri Schaivo case was bringing to the forefront, not just the right-to-life case, but also the factor of eating disorder awareness.

This is such a beautifully sensitive remembrance of what happened to Terri.

I would like to answer Hannah, because she has not bothered to get in touch with the autopsy report that proved once and for all that Terri did not have a heart attack, she did not have a stroke and she did not have bulimia. The bulimia angle was something that Michael Schiavo seized upon in an effort to make money out of his wife’s condition. When he did not succeed in getting the amount that he wanted, he then decided that she should die, like he wanted in the first place. Sorry. My money remains upon attempted strangulation via the policeman’s hold. It does not show up in the same way as fingers around the throat. It is a fact that the majority of attempted strangulations never get prosecuted because there is lack of evidence!!!

Tim, I sent a response but something went wrong. I noticed that my email address had an error. You have written a really great article.

Thanks for the comment Maggie. It’s much appreciated (it just got held up in the moderation queue. This site sometimes get’s a good amount of traffic, and along with that comes a large amount of spammers, so I have to approve first-time commenters.)
