Boy did I have you pegged wrong. I fully expected an enraged fire and brimstone response to my little “critique”. You responded with kindness and good humour. Good for you! You are a better representative of your faith than 99% of the christians out there.

I’ve been reading your blog for about two years and have really enjoyed your posts. They have often been just what I’ve needed. Thanks so much for standing up for what you believe in and being a “Weird Christian.” Remember, we are a peculiar people!

This is so true. God is never changing and He remains the same, unaffected by time. Another great comfort is that He is in control of all His creation. Jesus has all authority in Heaven and Earth. Good post, Tim.
